Returns and Complaints
Order Fulfillment Time
We aim to hand over all orders to couriers on Tuesdays and Fridays. Depending on the number of orders, we may need an additional day for processing—we will always let you know if there is a delay.
Courier delivery within Poland usually takes 1–3 business days.
Returns Policy (Refund Policy)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to: hello@piercing69.com, providing:
- the order number,
- the account number for the refund.
A refund is available only if the product (e.g., an earring):
- has not been used,
- has not been opened—the packaging must be intact.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the unused product.
The Buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
The privileged Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- hygiene products opened after delivery (e.g., earrings after opening the packaging),
- personalized products.
Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to: hello@piercing69.com.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
